We at the Paonia Care and Rehabilitation Center are happy to provide for our community the availability and the service to care for your loved one if you or the primary caregiver needs a break, a vacation, or need to take care of some business and / or travel that may require you to be away for a few days.

For your convenience, we offer the following:
- Twenty four hour nursing care with licensed personnel / professionals on duty, in a homelike atmosphere.
- A structured environment.
- Varied activities to involve seniors in creative thinking and physical exercise, as well as activities such as Bingo, Blackjack, "Remember When", etc.
- Therapeutic diet with snacks and overseeing with medications.
- Respite Care can be anywhere from a one to fourteen day stay.
- Beauty Shop in our facility, servicing both males and females.
- Van Rides to various beautiful scenic spots.
- Participation at local Senior Citizen's Centers for their weekly / monthly / bi-monthly / lunches.
- Current events - Reading and sharing from daily newspaper(s)
- Music groups, music appreciation sessions, and sign along's.
- Sensory Stimulation.
- Crafty Creations.
- Literature & Poetry, and reading sessions.
- Various neighboring churches volunteer time and services for spiritual sharing an Bible Study weekly.
- An outstanding director of nursing and 24 hour coverage by capable and responsive nurses.
